Heart-Focused Breathing™ Technique
Focus your attention into the area of your heart. Imagine your breath is flowing in and out of your heart or chest area, breathing a little slower and deeper than usual.

Think of something that is stressing you …
(Put a number on it 0 through to 10 (10 being intense and Zero being calm)  
Put your hand on your heart  
Imagine that you are breathing in to and out of your heart ( ONE MINUTE!!)

Breathe in for 6…. 1…2…3…4…5…6…

Breathe Out for 6 …1…2…3…4…5…6…

After a minute or two think of a positive feeling ( someone you love ) a person , an animal etc… continue breathing and send this positive feeling in through your heart and out into the negative thought or feeling.

Check in on your stress level and see how much it has changed!
Keep going until you get to a comfortable level, the idea is to get to 2 or below!
